Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tipsi (“Tipsi”, “we”, “us”), including the Tipsi Merchant app and the Tipsi web platform at tipsi-app.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Tipsi provides software for hospitality venues to manage menus, take and fulfil orders, accept payments, order printed QR materials and hardware, and view analytics. Tipsi is a technology provider; it is not a bar, restaurant, retailer or seller of alcohol, and it does not take title to any items a venue sells.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the venue you register. You are responsible for complying with all laws and licensing that apply to your business, including any laws relating to the sale and service of alcohol and age verification of your customers.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You may add staff; you are responsible for their access and use.
Payments and payouts
Payment processing and payouts are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. You authorise Tipsi and Stripe to process transactions, fees and payouts for your venue. Tipsi fees, where applicable, are shown in the app or your agreement with us. Purchases of physical goods (such as printed stickers or hardware) are fulfilled as described at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, or uploading unlawful content. You are responsible for the menu content and any media you upload.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as your menu and images). You grant Tipsi a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.
Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or suspend features.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipsi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Tipsi operates. Mandatory consumer or local-law rights that apply to you are unaffected.
